Jeff’s journey to the Florida real estate market is built on a foundation of rigorous ethical and professional discipline. With a Juris Doctorate from the New England School of Law, he developed a deep command of contract and property law. This legal background ensures that his clients have the proper assistance to navigate complexities of real estate contracts, disclosures, and negotiations with an advocate who truly understands the fine print.

Before relocating to Florida at the end of 2020, Jeff spent years in leadership roles that required absolute trust and transparency. Serving four terms as a Massachusetts State Representative and later as the Superintendent/Special Sheriff for Barnstable County, Jeff mastered the art of government regulations, high-level negotiation, and management.

In addition, Jeff’s tenure as a Financial Advisor with Wealth Enhancement’s AMR Team provides him with an intricate understanding of financial planning and portfolio strategy. Jeff’s experience co-hosting the Something More radio program and podcast allows him to simplify and explain complex financial topics for his clients.

Jeff lives in Vero Beach and is happily married to his wife Lisa, and has one adult son, Christopher, and two granddaughters, Paige (who will forever live in our hearts) and Faith. Jeff also volunteers as a Big Brother Mentor in Indian River County and has served on several charitable boards including the Cape Cod Children’s Museum, Cape Cod Big Brothers/Big Sisters Advisory Board, and the Sturgis Charter School Advisory Committee.
